EMPHERIS has been created upon the ashes of capitol band ERIS, which has fallen in the middle of 1997 only few moths after the recording of demo ‚Tower Of The Damned’. In December 2003 guitarist Empherion and drummer Cruiser decided to raise their weapons in unholy warfare once again after all these years. EMPHERIS started the rehearsals in the march 2004, after the join to the band of old ERIS bassist – Fryta. Meantime the band has been forced by vocalist Adrian and the reh/demo ?966? has been recorded. The next band’s release was reh/demo ‚A Twilight of the Ancient Victories’ matched in underground press to DARKTHRONE albums or demo releases of HELLHAMMER. In that time the band begun their concert activity. In summer 2004 the rhythmic section has been replaced by bassist Nymphobh and drummer Helvete and the band has recorded 3-track demo ‚Bloodwrath’ continuing the live activity in company of BESATT, SALTUS, MEMEMBRIS and the others. A year 2005 started with recording of full professional matter ‚Ancient Necrostorms’ with thought about its edition as the debut album. Now are in lead the conversations concerning to release the ‚Bloodwrath’ demo with additional live tracks as a tape split. We invite for cooperation all interested in sincere and professional black thrash metal in unholy vein!

The members of EMPHERIS played so far in the following formations: VALPURGIA, ERIS, HELLISH, NACHTWACHEN, DESCENDER, MORYSIAN FOG, APRIL ETHEREAL.
